Nadia is an Argentine / Spanish actress that arrived in New York a few months ago. She trained in Argentina and London and attended the Stella Adler Studio and Lee Strasberg Institute in New York.
Nadia began her career in Buenos Aires, where she starred in TV and theatre, and continued with theatre in London. Now in New York she is working actively on films and in our webseries.
Originally from Sierra Leone, West Africa. I arrived in the US at six years old due to the civil war that was tearing apart my native country "Blood Diamond". I started acting in college which eventually led to me dropping out to move to New York where I began my career with the NEC theatre company.
I enjoy acting because it allows me to explore humanity.

Having arrived in New York just over a year ago with his EP of ‘chilled out acoustic pop,’ and his favourite guitar, this talented artist has managed to secure a management deal with the Tyler Music Group (famous for their work with Taylor Swift, Jewel and The Dixie Chicks), the usage of one of his songs in award-winning film director Andrew Hunt’s forthcoming film and an ever expanding fan base.
Born just outside of Melbourne, Lucas grew up with his mother’s two stringed guitar for a toy. As soon as he was old enough, he bought himself a fully functional version, taught himself to play and at 15 joined a local band taking on the role of guitarist and songwriter. With an obvious talent for music he went on to study performing arts at the prestigious Brent Street performing arts school in Sydney. He worked hard quickly became a student of note and in his final year, he was offered the opportunity to perform on stage with US star Kelly Clarkson for the opening ceremony of the NRL grand final football.
After leaving Brent Street, Lucas took on a series of acting jobs before he was invited - without the need to audition - to join the cast of the musical WICKED in Osaka, Japan. He went on to stay in Japan for over a year and whilst there started focusing on his songwriting again. After he had gathered together sufficient material, Lucas hired a studio and started recording his music with a non-English speaking Japanese team. The result was his accomplished debut EP ‘Stars N Blue.’ With his finished EP in hand, Lucas started performing to live audiences in Japan developing a loyal following.
True to form though, Lucas isn’t resting on his laurels, he’s currently working with American poet Matthew Domino turning his poetry into songs and preparing for an extensive East Coast US tour scheduled to take place this summer.

When I thought about the idea of producing "Brooklyn Is In Love," personally I was going through a dark period in my own life The idea came to me one restless night in August, 2010. I couldn't sleep. It was around 1am in the morning, and began listening to this family program on the radio. There was a woman in her early twenties that called in, that She was confused about her life at the age of 23. When she was growing up she had high hopes of her life after graduating from College. She imagined that everything would but ironically it didn't.
After getting her BFA she realized that she had made a mistake. She he wanted to change her career, and completely go in a different direction. That in itself made her feel like a failure, and it made her seem like a disappointed not only to herself, but to her parents. At that moment, it hit me, that I needed to produce a web series, that relates to all people in their mid-twenties and how at that particular stage in our lives, we are all left with a question mark for our future.
We are unable to predict what the future holds, and at the same time, continue to strive to balance living from paycheck to paycheck, and having a future, or goals. To sum it all up, trying not to give up is the hardest part we have to face.
The Killers said it best, "This is the world that we live. I still want something real."
At the age of 25, not only myself, but I'm sure most of us in that age group continue to follow that until we reach our point of self acceptance and growth.
I hope everyone enjoys this series, as much as I did writing it. It's tearjerker, but I think it's story that we can all relate to at one point in our lives.
